Traditional tinsel wreaths can now be found in remote local history museums or in the collection of the Germanisches Nationalmuseum. These relics, which are very elaborately produced from cheap materials, date from the time of the corporate society. Women from the countryside and from poor families imitated the jewelry of the higher classes and created lavish crowns from embossed brass plates and colorful beads and ribbons. These crowns were reproduced digitally: the “female” handicrafts are painstakingly and faithfully translated into the 21st century with the help of 3D software and updated versions are added.
