Background Scans consists of 6 digital photographs depicting the artist’s internal and external body as seen through MRT images collected over the years. In material reality, all objects are calculations of the mind’s imaginations – an entity that uses the body as an organism to materialize ideas, patterns, and emotions. With the synergy of the electronic environment, the mind approaches a point where it will be free from the body to transcend immersions into parameters of the delphic reality.
